The app doesn't load

If the app is not loading properly on your device, it may be due to your network connection. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection that is shared by multiple devices, your network speed may be slower than expected. Please check the strength of your network connection and try again. If your app begins loading slowly during play, a memory leak may have occurred. Please try closing the app completely and restarting it.
